Healthy Turmeric Stovetop Popcorn

Who doesn't love a good stovetop popcorn? I for one, can never turn that down. I am also one to try anything and everything on my popcorn, to see what flavors I can capture in my very favorite snack. So, of course, I was craving a little something savory and sweet and somehow created this masterpiece of a stovetop popcorn recipe... Enjoy :)

Here's What You'll Need

1/2 cup popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon Stay Golden - Golden Milk Herbal Powder
Salt to taste

Here's What You'll Do

    1. Place a medium size pot on high heat on the stove. Add ghee and 3 kernels of popcorn, place lid on pot.

    2. Once the 3 kernels pop, turn the heat to medium. Add the rest of the kernels then sprinkle the Stay Golden - Golden Milk Herbal Powder over the kernels. Place lid on pot again and gently shake the entire pot (probably with oven mitts!) so the ghee and powder coat the kernels. Continue to gently shake the pot every 30 seconds as the kernels begin to pop.

    3. Once popping slows, take off heat then add salt to taste.

    4. Pour into your favorite bowl and enjoy with a good movie!
