Shipping & Returns


ORDERS
Discount codes can be applied anytime during the checkout process in the Order Summary section. Discount codes cannot be stacked, but you can always save it for your next order! Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. An automated email will be sent to your inbox to confirm the order, in which you will receive an order confirmation number. This number will be useful if any issues happen with your order, or if for some reason it needs to be returned, please keep this email.

SHIPPING
USPS FLAT RATE
All orders will be processed and shipped 3-5 business days from being placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a fulfillment email, notifying you that your package has been fulfilled and is on its way. This email will contain your order’s United States Postal Service tracking code. You can track your package by inserting this code here.


IN-STORE PICKUP (for pre-arranged pick-up only!)
This should only be selected if prior arrangements have been made via email (joeyrea@wildsunwellness.com or phone 480-544-1033)


INTERNATIONAL
We are not currently shipping internationally, but stay tuned as we hope to be doing this very soon.

RETURNS & DAMAGES
We want you to love and enjoy your Wild Sun Wellness products, because of this, we will be glad to accept returns of items that don’t satisfy you 100% or those that were damaged on their way to you. To get started on a return, please include the following information in an email sent to joeyrea@wildsunwellness.com.

2. Order number
3. Product returning
4. Reason for return

You will be directly contacted within 2 business days for the following steps on the return. 

Please note we can only accept returns if the product was purchased from wildsunwellness.com. For outside purchases please contact the retailer directly for more information on their specific return policy.
