Brain Boosting Smoothie

This smoothie will help kick start your day off with the brain boost you need to focus and dive right into whatever it is that is on you schedule...

Time: 5 mins
Yield: 16 oz

Here is What You'll Need:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 handful of greens or 1 serving of your fav greens powder
  • 1 tsp Loco Cocoa Herbal Powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving plant based protein powder (Sun Warrior is awesome)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup your choice of milk (up to your texture preference)
  • 6 ice cubes

Here is What You'll Do:

  • Blend everything up in a high speed blender for about 2 minutes, with an occasional pulse.
  • Pour out and enjoy.
