This is the best midnight snack or little treat before bed - there is no sugar so you won't experience a huge boost of unnecessary energy and it will help to calm your nervous system and get you ready to fall into a deep sleep.
Here is What You'll Need:
- 3 cups frozen berries
- 3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp Slumber Party Herbal Powder
- 1/8 tsp + Stevia Liquid Extract
- 1/3 cup water
Here is What You'll Do:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until mixture becomes nice and smooth. Taste for sweetness - add more stevia 5 drops at a time if needed.
- Serve sorbet immediately or seal in airtight container and freeze until a bit firm more firm (2-3 hours)
