New *Favorite* Fall Recipe:
Golden Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
Here's what you'll need:
4 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Stay Golden Herbal Powder
1 tbsp Ground Flax seeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
6 oz milk (we used almond)
1 shot of espresso or 1 oz strong coffee
1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder (We love SunWarrior)
8-10 Ice Cubes
10 drops Stevia Extract (optional, but delicious)
Cacao nibs for garnish & crunch
Here's what you'll do
Place all ingredients (except cacao nibs) in high-speed blender. Blend for 2 minutes, pulsing occasionally. Pour into your favorite glass, sprinkle with cacao nibs and enjoy.
