Cha-cha your day away with a citrus twist on the classic matcha green tea. This blend contains ceremonial grade organic Matcha green tea powder - grown, harvested and processed in Japan, with a hint of orange peel to increase the antioxidant absorption in the body. Our Matcha blend supports liver detoxification, efficient digestion, as well as enhancing the bioavailability of antioxidants naturally occurring in green tea, such as (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), (−)-epigallocatechin (EGC), (−)-epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG) and (−)-epicatechin (EC)*.

How to use it
Sift 1/2 tsp of matcha powder into a mug. Pour one ounce of 175℉ water into the mug, whisk with a bamboo whisk into a loose paste. Ensure no clumps remain. Add another 3-7 ounces of 175℉ water and continue to whisk till a bubbly foam forms the top layer. It is best consumed before late afternoon as it contains caffeine and can be stimulating.
