Matcha Orange Coconut Creamsicles

So, it's been HOT where I live lately and I was daydreaming the other day about something super refreshing with a kick of caffeine, a touch of sweet, but is still guilt-free and very good for me... these popsicles just "popped" into my daydream and I had to rush home and whip em up. I was pleasantly surprised with how absolutely fantastic they turned out...

 

Matcha Orange Coconut Creamsicles

Here's What You'll Need
2 cups canned coconut milk
2 tbsp raw, local honey
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tsp Matcha-Cha Herbal Powder
small orange slices (peel off) - 2-3 per pop

Here's What You'll Do
1. In a blender, mix all ingredients, except orange slices, until well blended.
2. Place 2-3 orange slices in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
3. Pour Coconut Matcha mixture to fill the molds, leaving 1/2 inch at the top for expansion of the liquid as it freezes. 
4. Place in freezer and leave for 4 hours. Take pops out of molds and enjoy!


These Pops are so dang easy to make and wow, are they ever refreshing!!
