Self-massage is something that has been practiced for centuries and depending on the oil used can have many benefits for the skin. (I use locally and organically grown and fresh pressed extra virgin olive oil because it makes me GLOW!!)

Here's what you’ll need:
Towel to sit on
A warm room with no draft
*I use extra virgin olive oil because I am constitutionally dry. If EVOO is too heavy for your skin, sesame oil, sweet almond oil, or coconut oil are good options. Just make sure the oil is unrefined.
It really is a quick and simple habit to add to your daily or weekly routine, and let me tell you, your body will be grateful for it!
